What it is:
An entry whose developer did not fill in its name and description — instead it shows the technical text “TODO” (meaning “to be done later”). This is a flaw of a specific program, not a virus.
What it does:
Nothing — it is just an undescribed entry in the programs list.
Do you need it, can you remove it:
It cannot be determined until it is clear which program is behind it.
What to do:
Check in Reg Organizer which program the entry belongs to (by publisher and folder). If you don’t need that program, remove it.
