What it is:
A hardware-access driver. It is installed by programs for fan control and hardware monitoring (for example, FanControl and some Lian Li utilities).
What it does:
It gives such programs direct access to motherboard sensors and controllers.
Do you need it, can you remove it:
You need it only if you use the program that installed it.
What to do:
If the program that uses it has been removed, the driver can be removed. If you use it, keep it.
