What it is:
A background service component of the NVIDIA graphics driver.
What it does:
It performs auxiliary tasks of the graphics driver, including for GeForce Experience.
Do you need it, can you remove it:
You need it if an NVIDIA graphics card is installed.
What to do:
Keep it. If the NVIDIA card has been replaced, the component is removed together with the driver.
